What we collect

If you contact us by email, phone, or your own mail app through a mailto link, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, message, and any details you include about your business.

The site may receive basic technical information that web servers normally receive, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and request time. We use that only for security, debugging, reliability, and basic operation of the site.

Contact forms

The contact form sends your message to us by email. What you type — your name, email address, company, phone number, what you are interested in, your preferred next step, and your message — is delivered to our inbox so we can reply. We use Resend, an email delivery provider, to carry that message; they process it only to deliver it.

We also send one confirmation to the address you give us, so you know the message arrived. It is a single reply, not a subscription, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

The form does not write to a database, CRM, automation platform, or mailing list, and submitting it does not sign you up for anything. Your message then lives in our email the same way it would if you had written to us directly. If we add an intake workflow, a CRM, or a mailing list later, this policy must be updated before that goes live.

To limit automated abuse, the form uses a hidden field that real people never see and a short-term limit on how many messages one network address can send. Neither is used to identify or track you.

How we use information

We use information you choose to send to:

• respond to your message
• understand what kind of help you are asking for
• schedule or prepare for a conversation
• provide services if we agree to work together
• keep basic business records
• protect the site and prevent misuse

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing information

At launch, this site does not use analytics cookies, ad pixels, or behavior-tracking tools. If analytics are added later, they should start from a privacy-safe baseline and this page must be updated before launch of that tracking.

AI tools

Sparkwave AI works with AI and automation systems. We do not intentionally place private customer information into public AI tools through this website. If you become a client, any AI-related data handling should be governed by the specific agreement or scope of work for that service.

Data retention

We keep business communications and records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected, for legal or accounting needs, or to maintain business continuity.

Your choices
