Scott Johnson is a seasoned leader with a diverse background in educational product development, market research, business development, and large-scale operations management.

He previously served as an executive in multiple education businesses, including eight years as CEO of Interactive Composition Corporation, overseeing operations in Portland, Oregon, and New Delhi, India.

Beyond Sparkwave AI, Scott is the founder of PersonaAI, a platform that develops AI personas capable of simulating human behavior with precision and depth—helping businesses and researchers gain deeper insights into decision-making, emotions, and interactions.

He also owns and operates Fight Flow Academy, a martial arts and personal development center in Raleigh, NC, where he applies his expertise in discipline, strategy, and human behavior to help individuals grow.
